ISO 9001 focuses on ensuring consistent customer satisfaction by establishing processes that meet customer needs and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements related to our products. ISO 14001 prioritises environmental management. It helps our business to minimise our environmental impact, comply with regulations, and demonstrate our commitment to sustainability. Together, these two certifications provide a comprehensive framework for excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

As part of our continued commitment to Health and Safety regulation, Setsquare Creative have aligned our Management System to meet the requirements of ISO45001 Health & Safety Management. We look to gain certification to ISO45001 later this year. In addition, we have accreditation to CHAS Standard & Elite, including Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certification.
